Navigating our new website! - Changing Your Shipping Information

  • On our website, go to the "Login" page by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner (between the magnifying glass and shopping cart icons). Then enter your email address and password.
  • Click on “Manage Subscriptions” to view more account information. There are two pathways to change your address: You can either:
    • 1) Select a previously-entered address (in which you cannot make changes to this previous address), or
    • 2) Add a new shipping address/Edit a previously entered-address. 
  • TO USE A PREVIOUS SHIPPING ADDRESS: To change your shipping address to another address that is correct and that you've previously entered into your account, click on "Subscriptions" in the navigation menu and then select the subscription you would like to update.
    • You'll see an overview of your subscription. If you scroll down and click on "Shipping & billing," this will open a window where you can select "Use this shipping and billing pair" for your previously-entered information.
  • TO ADD A NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS/EDIT AN EXISTING SHIPPING ADDRESS: If you need to add a NEW shipping address or EDIT an existing address, you can click on "Shipping addresses" in the navigation menu. 
    • You will see all addresses associated with your account. If you need to change an address, you can click on that address or click the down arrow to open more options, including "Delete," "Change payment method," or "Edit shipping address."
    • When you click on that address or click the down arrow, you'll also see a listing of "Associated subscriptions." Please ensure that the correct subscription is listed for the address change you are about to make.
    • Click on "Edit shipping address," and you'll be able to change the shipping address as needed.
