Navigating our new website! - Updating Your Payment Method

  • On our web site, go to the "Login" page by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner (between the magnifying glass and shopping cart icons). Then enter your email address and password.
  • Click on "Payment methods" in the navigation menu.
  • You will see all payment methods associated with your account.
    • Add New Payment Information: If you need to add a new payment method, click on the "Add new payment method" button, and add your new information.
      • Change Billing Address on Existing Payment Method: If you need to update the billing address on a credit card, you can click on the relevant payment method, and then click on "Edit payment method."
        • Note that "Edit payment method" will ONLY update the billing address. If you need to change any other information related to credit card payment (new card number, expiration date, etc.), you'll need to click "Add new payment method" to create a new entry.
    • Move Subscription to Different Already-Existing Payment Method: Click on the payment method you want to use or click on the down arrow to the right of that payment method to the "Associated subscriptions." You will see all the subscriptions tied to this payment method. If you want to move these subscriptions to or from another payment method, you'll need to use the "Move subscriptions" button. If you are adding a new card, you'll use the "Add new payment method" button, and then click on "Move subscriptions" on the payment method you want to ensure the correct subscription will be charged with the correct payment method.
